Highest Performing Project – Energy Raters
Partner Energy’s professionals work with building owners and users to increase asset values, lower ownership costs, and promote environmental stewardship. Partner Energy’s King’s View Estates project in Fresno was the highest performing project for a MUP participating energy rater in 2018— Partner helped King’s View secure $148,050 in incentives for their retrofit and a 26 percent improvement in annual energy savings.
Highest Performing Project – Contractors
Highland Construction specializes in the renovation and construction of apartment complexes. Their Sunnyside Glen project in Fresno was the highest performing project for a MUP participating contractor in 2018—Sunnyside Glen received $77,700 in upgrade incentives for their retrofit, with a 24 percent improvement in annual energy savings (modeled).

Highest Technical Quality
E3 California is a full-service energy consulting and sustainability planning firm specializing in multifamily and mixed-use developments for both affordable and market-rate sectors. E3 completed the most cost effective projects, and they had the highest technical quality of participating energy raters in 2018.
Most Projects Completed
Peralta Energy performs multifamily and commercial building energy analysis, energy audits and modeling, and Title 24 code compliance. Peralta Energy completed the most MUP projects in 2018.
