MUP Announces 2017 Program Results

The Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) Multifamily Upgrade Program (MUP) retrofitted 45 properties in PG&E territory, saving over 5.5 million kWh of electricity and 197,000 therms of natural gas. In terms of greenhouse gas reduction, the savings is equivalent to removing 1,100 cars from the road for a year.

In addition to raising property values, lowering utility bills, and improving living conditions and safety for residents, the program paid out $3.5 million dollars in incentives this past year, which is approximately $83,000 per project. There is still funding remaining for the projects completing in 2018 or 2019.  Incentives are first come, first-served. Contact us or fill out an interest form today to get started.
